摘要
高职教育课程内容应该以"岗位"为主线,以"就业"为导向,以"工作任务"为核心,文章依据市场酒水岗位的具体需求,提出《酒水知识与调酒技术》课程的教学内容改革、教学方法改革和考核手段改革。
The content of higher vocational education curriculum should take the " position" as the mainline , take " employment" as the guide and take " work" as the core.This paper puts forward the reform of teaching content, teaching methods and means of examination in “Wine knowledge and technology” curriculum^ccording to the specific needs of corresponding position in the market.
