摘要
本文对传统酒水课程考核方式存在的现状和弊端进行了较为详细的分析,并提出了考核改革的方案,以提高学生的动手操作能力和职业素养。
This article analyzed the current status and problems in wine course examination, and proposed specific program of ~xamination reform, in order to improve students" operating ability and occupation accomplishment.
