摘要
以淮阴师范学院《酒文化与酒水服务管理》课程为例,探索在“互联网+教育”背景下,以专业课为嵌入点组建高校联盟,通过线上“联盟微课”“微课茶话会”“产区视频计划”,线下“主题分享会”,开展教学众筹,共享优佳资源。高校间“互联网+教育”课程协作,有利于丰富课程内容,接轨行业前沿;延展学习过程,开启个性学习;打破院校界限,促进教育公平;创新教育理念,实现终身学习。
Against the background of“Internet+education”,this article takes Huaiyin Normal University's course on wine culture and beverage service management as an example and outsets to explore the possibility of forming alliances among colleagues and universities for sharing high quality resources with concerted efforts and in a cooperative manner.The alliances will come in the form of online unionized“micro courses”,“micro tea forum”and“unit video program”and offline topical information sharing sessions.The curriculum collaboration of“Internet+education”between colleges and universities is conducive to enriching the curriculum content and facilitating the connection with industry;it also extends study territory and initiates personalized learning.The boundaries of colleges are broken down to promote educational equity.The curriculum is an innovative educational concept for providing lifetime learning.
