摘要
目的:建立凉茶中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:精密吸取样品2 mL,准确加入稀乙醇4 mL后,用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠显色体系进行显色,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定凉茶中总黄酮的含量。结果:回归方程为Y=0.47807x+0.00164(R^2=0.99997),平均回收率为96.7%(n=6),重复性RSD值为1.4%。结论:经过全面的方法验证表明,该方法操作简单,结果准确可靠,可用于凉茶中总黄酮含量的测定。
Objective： To establish the determination method of total flavonoids in herbal tea. Method： Draw 2 mL herbal tea from the sample to a 25 mL volumetric flsk accurately, and then add 4 mL of dilute ethanol. The flavonoids in herbal tea was detected by UV spectrophotometry, using sodium nitritealuminum nitrate, sodium hydroxide chromogenic system as chromogenic agent. Results： The regression equation was Y=0.47807x＋0.00164（R^2=0.99997）, the average recovery was 96.7%（n=6）, repeatability RSD was 1.4%. Conclusions： It proved that the method was simple, accurate and reliable, and it could be used for detecting the total flavonoids in herbal tea.
