摘要
利用分光光度法,测定了软枣猕猴桃中总黄酮的含量,建立了芦丁浓度-吸光度关系的回归方程。
The regression equation of the relationship between concentration and absorbance was established by determining the total content of flavone, in Actinidia arguta （ Sieb. et Zucc. ） Planch using the method of ethanol Soxhlet extraction,the method of spectrophotometers and the standard sample of rutin.
