双波长分光光度法测定藏红花中总黄酮的含量

摘要 用双波长分光光度法,测定藏红花中的总黄酮含量,测定波长510nm,参比波长588nm,平均回收率98.63%。结果表明,藏红花中总黄酮平均含量为7.27%,该方法稳定可靠,重现性好。 In this paper, a double-wavelength spectrophotometry was applied to determine the total fiavonoids in saffron Crocus sativus L .The detective wavelength was 510 nm, while the reference one was 588 nm, the recovery was 98.63%, The result indicated the average total fiavonoids in saffron Crocus satuus L.was 7.27%, the method was stable, reliable and accurate in the determining process.
