摘要
以保健酒为试材,通过线性、重复性、回收率试验,对比分析保健酒中总黄酮含量测定的两种方法,结果表明,直接紫外测定法稳定性好、操作简便,回归方程为y=0.038 2x-0.007,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为92.91%,RSD=3.623 8%(n=6);硝酸铝比色法使用试剂多,显色稳定性差,回归方程为y=0.502 2x-0.003 5,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为93.63%,RSD=5.072 3%(n=9)。
Two Rinds of method for the determination of total content of flavonoids in the health wine was compared with linearity, repeatability and recovery rate test. The results showed that the direct determination of UV method had good stability and simple operation, The regression equation was y=0.038 2x-0.007, r=0.999 5, the average recovery was 92.91%, RSD=3.623 8% (n=6). Aluminum nitrate colorimetric method used reagent and color stability. The regression equation was y=0.502 2x-0.003 5, r=0.999 5, the average recovery was 93.63%, RSD=5.072 3% (n=9).
