整体叶轮五轴数控加工刀具轨迹规划研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 利用五坐标设备进行整体叶轮的数控加工是提高加工质量和加工效率的有效途径,叶轮叶片形状和五坐标机床运动的复杂性导致其刀具轨迹规划十分困难。对叶轮的点铣、侧铣、插铣加工进行对比分析,并对刀具轨迹规划中的碰撞干涉进行了分析,综述了近年来叶轮五坐标数控加工领域刀具轨迹规划的研究进展和现状,最后指出了当前研究中存在的不足,认为叶轮五坐标数控加工刀具轨迹规划的研究应从整体角度出发,且应充分考虑机床的运动学和动力学特性以实现五坐标机床的高速和高效运行。 Five-axis numerical control machining is an effective means to improve the ma- chining quality and efficiency of the integral wheel. However, the complexities of the inte- gral wheel shape and the 5-axis machine tool movement make it very difficult to plan the tool paths. Aiming at the comparison analysis in the field of point milling, flank milling and insert milling and collision analysis of 5-axis integral wheel machining, the current research progress of 5-axis tool patch planning for integral wheel machining are summarized. The de- ficiencies existing in the current research are analyzed. It is pointed out that the current re- search achievements cannot completely satisfy the engineering application in respect of uni- versity, stability and validity, and that the research of the tool path planning for 5-axis inte- gral wheel machining should be carried out from the overall perspective as far as possible. Meanwhile, the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of 5-axis machine tool must be taken into account during the tool path planning process in order to achieve high speed and efficient running of 5-axis machine tool.
