摘要
航空发动机高温合金整体叶环具有半封闭流道型腔结构,开敞性差,叶片具有复杂自由型面、壁薄等特点,难以切削加工,且易出现干涉和变形。为解决此类零件的高效高精加工,提出了一种点接触式铣削加工的工艺方案,建立了切削力模型,分析出刀具铣削过程的主要影响因素为变化进给比例,应用UltraCAM工艺软件优选了点铣工艺方法的进给比例,得出相应的刀具轨迹与数控加工程序,并对基于第三级整流器的整体叶环零件进行实际加工验证,达到了预期效果,为整体叶环快速研制提供有效的叶片点接触铣削加工工艺规范。
Aero-engine Superalloy bling has the characteristics of semi closed channel cavity structure,twisted free profile,thin and easy deformation of blade.In this paper,a process scheme of point con-tact milling of bling is proposed,the cutting force model of point milling process is established,and the main influencing factor of tool milling process is changing feed ratio.The feed ratio of point mil-ling process is optimized by using UltraCam process software.Corresponding tool path and NC ma-chining program are obtained,and the actual machining verification is carried out on the bling part based on the third stage rectifier,which achieves the expected effect.It provides an effective process specification for blade point contact milling for the rapid development of the bling.
