基于复杂曲面的数控加工刀具轨迹设计 被引量:3

摘要 目前,伴随着全球经济一体化不发的不断加快,而各个国家之间的竞争激烈程度也在日益加强。而且在这个过程当中,不同国家的制造业水平将会对每个国家在国际的分工与国际竞争中的地位也存在着非常重要的影响,并且还将在一定程度上决定着一个国家的经济地位。对于数控加工技术来说,它是整个制造业当中的最为关键的组成部分,其中刀具的轨迹规划就是复杂曲面数控加工的主要研究内容,因此本文对刀具干涉的类型及处理策略进行研究探讨,然后在此基础上提出基于扩展切削区域的刀具轨迹生成算法,以此生成覆盖复杂曲面的无干涉刀具轨迹。最后,本文通过实例验证,证明该算法能够较好地解决复杂曲面加工过程中因重叠和间隙所造成的面间干涉问题,从而有效保障复杂曲面零件的表面加工精度与质量。 At present,with the acceleration of global economic integration,the competition between countries is becoming more and more intense.In this process,the manufacturing level of different countries will also have a very important impact on the position of each country in the international division of labor and international competition,and will also determine the economic status of a country to a certain extent.For NC machining technology,it is the most important part in the whole manufacturing industry,in which tool path planning is the main research content of NC machining of complex curved surface.Therefore in this paper,the type of tool interference and the processing strategy are studied and discussed.Then,a tool path generation algorithm based on extended cutting area is proposed to generate the non interfering tool path of the complex surface. Finally,this paper proves that the algorithm can effectively solve the inter plane interference caused by overlapping and gap in the processing of complex surface,and effectively guarantee the surface machining precision and quality of the complex surface parts.
