摘要
提出了2种加工直纹面的新方法.其中第1种方法通过调整直纹面上母线方向的变化规律,使之成为可展面,以便在加工中获得无脊棱的光滑曲面;第2种方法用偏置柱面或锥面铣刀的轴线来避免干涉,并用最小偏置角的原理来减少脊棱高度.这2种方法都可以利用线性回转面来加工,并获得较高的精度.第1种方法主要适用于直母线单位向量的导数比较贴近于切平面,扭曲较小的直纹面;第2种方法用途更广。
Two new methods are presented for machining ruled surfaces. By means of adjusting the changing rate of straight generatrix, the first method can reform a general ruled surface into a developable one. For the second one, bias angle of cylindrical or conic milling cutter axis is used to avoid interference, and the principle of least bias is adopted to reduce the scallop height across the surface. Both methods allow the machining to be accomplished by side edges of cylindrical or conic cutter with rather high accuracy. The first method is mainly suitable for those ruled surfaces that the unit vector derivative of straight generatrix is close to tangent plane, the torsion being rather small. The second one has many applications, however, the scallop height cannot be completely avoided.
