摘要
针对现有热电池激活时间较长的问题,提出了添加四氧化三铅且锆粉过量的方法制备快燃速引燃条。在热电池现有锆-铬酸钡引燃条中加入四氧化三铅且使锆粉过量,形成锆-铬酸钡-四氧化三铅引燃条,以缩短电池激活时间。试验表明:在高低温环境下,装有快燃速引燃条的热电池比现有热电池的激活时间减小了约50%。
For the problem that the activating time is too longer in thermal battery, a fast burning igniting tape added with lead tetraoxide and excess zirconium was present. The fastr burning igniting tape added with lead te-traoxide and exsess zirconium at conventional igniting tape which was composed of zirconium and barium chro-mate, thus to decreasing activating time of thermal battery. Test results showed that the activating time of ther-mal battery decreased 50% .
