热电池电堆中加热片故障对输出性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了解热电池电堆中加热片作用故障对热电池输出性能的影响,采用相同厚度的石棉纸冲制片代替热电池电堆中的加热片,模拟电堆中不同位置和数量的加热片作用故障,通过对不同加热片故障下输出电性能进行测试和分析,建立了在空载和带载情况下加热片故障对输出电性能的影响模式及影响程度。结果表明:加热片故障,主要影响的是加热片紧邻的单体电池,而其内阻为主体表现形式;带载时会使电堆输出电压变低,上升变慢,激活时间变长;随着电堆的负载增大,其影响也越明显。该结论有望为热电池的设计以及总体电源故障分析提供一定的参考。 In order to understand the influence of action fault of heating plates on the output performance in thermal battery stack,the asbestos paper punching plates with the same thickness was used to replace the heating plates in thermal battery stack,simulated the action fault of heating plates at different positions and quantities.And then this paper tested and analyzed the failure output performance of different heating plates in thermal battery stack.At last it was established that the influence modes and degree of heating plate fault on output performance unload and load.The result showed that,the failure of heating plate mainly affected the single battery adjacent to the heating plate,with its internal resistance the manifestation:when loaded,the output voltage of the stack would be lower,its increase got slower,and the activation time longer than normal.The greater the load of the stack,the more obvious the impact was.The conclusion was expected to provide some reference for the overall design of thermal battery,and fault analysis of overall power.
