摘要
使用煤炭、电力和石化等行业广泛应用的SUNDYSDACM3000量热仪,研究出了热电池用铁粉加热药热值的专用精确测试方法。在SUNDYSDACM3000量热仪的氧弹内加入10mL蒸馏水,使得氧弹内盛装被测样品的坩埚与仪器测试介质间由气体对流热交换改变为强制液体传导热交换;并把测试样品由自然松装法改为在恒定压力下压制成柱状体,确保在反应过程中被测试样品的状态不会发生变化。通过改变SUNDYSDACM3000量热仪设定的热交换方式、改变被测试样的状态,保证了测试结果的准确性和重现性。
The SUNDY SDACM3000 calorimeter, which is widely used by the coal-generated electricity generator and petrochemistry, was firstly used to test the released heat of iron heat powder used in thermal battery. 10 mL distilled water was injected into the oxygen vessel of SDACM3000 calorimeter in order to make the crucible's bottom immersed in the water, which made the heat exchange manner from gas convection to liquid conduction. The tested sample was pressed into column at the force of 9.8 kN/cm^2 rather than loaded into the crucible naturally, which can make the tested sample's state unaltered after combustion. By changing the heat transition manner in the SUNDY SDACM3000 calorimeter and changing the sample shape, the heat released by the iron heat powder can be accurately tested by the SUNDY SDACM3000 calorimeter. The tested results can be accurately recurred.
