摘要
论述了热电池硫化物正极材料的制备方法研究进展。天然FeS2仍具有成本优势。合成FeS2具有高的电位平台和利用率,已开展了众多的合成研究。常用的合成方法有高温硫化法和水热合成法。比对研究了高温硫化法和常规水热合成法的优缺点。重点论述了晶种水热合成法。晶种水热合成法独特性在于步骤简化,易于控制,所需反应温度低和设备简单等。
Synthesis methods of metal disulphide for thermal battery were evaluated. Natural FeS2 is very cheap, has cost advantage. Synthesized metal disulphide was prepared by different methods for their higher voltage plateau and coefficient of utilization. The main synthesized methods were thermal sulfuration process and hydrothermal synthesis, and the novel method was discussed. Especially, inoculating crystal involved in hydrothermal synthesis was emphasized, which was the research and application trends in future.
