摘要
设计了一种针刺激活式隔板点火器激活的热电池,它应用了针刺火帽技术与隔板点火器技术,主要解决依靠武器系统提供弱机械能量激发热电池的难题,同时通过在隔板点火器输入端增加起爆药和针刺盖片解决小能量激活难题,将隔板点火器与热电池壳体焊接成一体,保证热电池工作时处于全密封状态,提高热电池的工作效率,通过实验确定了隔板输入、输出端装药量,解决了小过载激活热电池的全密封难题。
Acupuncture activates-clapboard igniter thermal batteries with application of the acupuncture cap technology and clapboard ignition technology was designed. It mainly solved the problem of relying on weak mechanical energy provided weapons systems to activate the thermal batteries and solved small energy activator problem by increasing primary explosive and acupuncture cover. Based on clapboard igniter, thermal batteries shell is welded, a full sealing battery at work was ensured and the work efficiency of thermal batteries was improved. In this paper, the design purpose was achieved through the experiments to determine charge weight of input and output of the clapboard igniter, which solved the problem of full sealing thermal battery activated small overload.
