摘要
精准扶贫在很大意义上是在系统实践中的瞄准,是实践型精准,精准扶贫是有方向的系统实践。社会工作与精准扶贫具有同构性,也有自己的特点,这表明社会工作在理论与实践上能对精准扶贫做出自己的贡献。社会工作参与精准扶贫,要与作为服务对象的贫困群体及作为扶贫开发主要系统的政府部门合作。社会工作参与扶贫开发、精准扶贫需要制度上的创新,也需要社会工作加强自身能力建设。
Taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation is to target in the systematical practices.It is a practical target measure. The taking targeted measures is the systematical practice with a direction. Social work is isomorphic with the target measures in poverty alleviation. Social work has its own features. It can contribute to target measures in poverty alleviation in theory and practice. It collaborates with the service target – poverty populations and the main system of poverty alleviation – governments. The participation of social work in the target measures in poverty alleviation needs the institutional innovation and the capacity improvement of social work.
