摘要
高校是培养高级专门人才的主阵地,有责任和义务培养大量的实践型人才来满足社会需求。因此,高校必须转变教育理念,充分认识到实践型人才培养的重要性,开拓各种有效途径培养大学生的实践能力。
College is the main position for training talents, It have the responsibility and obligation to meet practical talents that the social needs. Therefore,colleges should change the education idea,fully aware of the importance of practice talents,develop various effective ways to cultivate the students ability of practice.
