摘要
对电位差计测热电偶电动势实验进行拓展,加入电镀法制备铜-康铜热电堆、考察热电堆电动势与匝数的关系、对比电焊法与电镀法输出电动势等内容,并将学生自制的热电堆用到热流密度实际测量中。实践结果表明,大幅度丰富了传统实验的内容,方案切实可行,能加强学生对热电偶知识的理解,提高学生实际应用电位差计的能力。
Expand the experiments of measure thermocouple EMF with potentiometer,adding content of preparation of copper-constantan thermopile by plating,examine the relationship between EMF and thermopile turns,contrast the EMF of electric welding and plating method,and measure heat flux by the students made thermopile,the results show that: greatly enriched the tradition of the experiment,scheme is feasible,can enhance students' understanding on the knowledge of thermocouples,improve students' actual ability to apply the potentiometer.
