一种多级式热电堆型微量热流传感器的设计与制备 被引量:8

摘要 基于一维平面传热基本原理,选用细康铜丝和酚醛树脂层压板作为实验材料,用硫酸铜酸性镀铜法制备热电堆,用多个热电堆串联的方式提高热电堆的级数,制备了一种多级式热电堆型热流传感器。研究结果表明,该传感器的系数为48.44 W/(m2·mV),分辨力为0.05 W/m2,测量准确度优于3.0%,能够满足精确测量微小热流密度的需要。 Based on one -dimensional planar heat transfer theory, by using phenolic resin aminates andfine constantan wire as experimental materials, copper - constantan thermopile was prepared by sulfateacid copper plating. Then the series of the thermopile was improved in multiple thermopile series way. Fi-nally, a multi -stage thermopile -type micro -heat flow flux sensor was prepared. The appraisal reportshows that : the sensor coefficient is 48.44 W2( m2·mV) , the measurement resolution is 0. 05 W/m2,with a 3% measurement accuracy, which makes the accurate measurement of micro - heat flux possible.
