摘要
以北京友谊医院推进"非急诊全面预约"京医通平台信息系统改造项目为例,阐述了进度管理的6个重要过程在医院信息系统项目建设中的应用,通过有效的管理和过程控制,保证项目进度,确保项目顺利进行。在项目建设过程中,由于影响因素较多,应充分考虑项目建设的整体环境和实际难度,制定具体的进度管理计划。最后通过总结项目实施过程中所发现的问题,总结进度管理经验,为后续工作的顺利推进提供参考。
The application of 6 important schedule management steps in construction of hospital information system was described in detail with the information system transform project in Beijing Friendship Hospital as an example.Effective management could assure the progress of project according to the plan and a specific schedule management plan should be worked out by taking into full consideration the overall environment and difficulties of the project due to the various influencing factors. The experiences with schedule management in construction of hospital information system were summarized for its further improvement.
