摘要
现代临床医学中,医疗设备在临床疾病的诊断与治疗具有十分重要的作用。因此临床对各种医疗设备的采购逐渐成为医院关注的重点内容。但医疗设备采购过程中存在一定的风险,为保障医疗设备购置的有效开展,采购环节的风险管理显得十分重要。常规医疗设备采购管理内容较为单一,难以满足当前的管理需求。随着信息化技术的不断发展,信息化管理体系逐渐在临床得到较为广泛的应用。为提升医疗设备购置风险控制效果,本研究设计并应用医疗设备购置内部风险控制管理的信息化管理体系,以实现医疗设备购置、使用全流程的风险管控,提升医疗设备采购工作效率及医疗设备使用质量。医疗设备购置内部风险控制管理是在常规医疗设备采购管理的基础上,通过需求分析、制订信息化审批流程,对医疗设备购置流程进行优化与改革,旨在对医疗设备管理全流程进行管控,以规避内部风险,实现信息化管理,进而达到降低设备采购、使用风险,提高采购效率、医疗设备管理及使用质量的目的。
In modern clinical medicine,medical equipment plays a very important role in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.Therefore,the clinical procurement of various medical equipment has gradually become the focus of the hospital's attention.However,there are certain risks in the process of medical equipment procurement.In order to ensure the effective development of medical equipment procurement,risk management in the procurement process is very important.Conventional medical equipment procurement management content is relatively simple,and it is difficult to meet the current management needs.With the continuous development of information technology,the information management system has gradually been widely used in clinical practice.In order to improve the risk control effect of medical equipment purchase,this study designs and applies an information management system for internal risk control management of medical equipment purchase to realize the risk control of the whole process of medical equipment purchase and use,and to improve the efficiency of medical equipment purchase and the use of medical equipment.The internal risk control management of medical equipment purchase is to optimize and reform the medical equipment purchase process through demand analysis and the formulation of an information-based approval process on the basis of conventional medical equipment purchase management.It aims to control the whole process of medical equipment management to avoid internal risks,realize information management,and then achieve the purpose of reducing equipment procurement and use risks,improving procurement efficiency,medical equipment management and use quality.
