基于质量追溯的院内药品物流管理信息化系统设计与实现 被引量:10

摘要 目的:设计基于质量追溯的院内药品物流管理信息化系统,以节约医疗成本。方法:采用医院信息化系统(HIS)整体构架,建立院内药品物流信息管理接口,构建基于质量追溯、保障医疗安全的药品物流管理业务模型,设计院内药品物流管理信息化系统,实现院外药品采购管控、院内药品物流管控、药品入库审核、药品出库审核、药品物流运转和药品调剂功能。结果:院内药品物流管理信息化系统搭建完善的药品物流管理系统,实现了可质量追溯的药品物流管理业务与服务。门诊药房10个工作日调剂处方数由使用系统前的9425张增加至现在的10416张,增长10.51%;人均每小时处方调剂数由52.13张增加至64.82张,增长24.34%;抽检可疑样品102批次,其中不合格样品12批次,质量限度边缘样品14批次,全部得到及时处理。结论:基于质量追溯的院内药品物流管理信息化系统能有效提高药品物流运转效率,保障药品质量安全,提升药房工作效率。 Objective:To design a hospital pharmaceutical logistics management information system based on quality traceability to ensure medical safety and save medical costs.Methods:Taking the hospital information system(HIS)as the main line and on the basis of not changing the overall structure of HIS,a logistics information management interface of was established,a pharmaceutical logistics management business model was built based on quality traceability,and an information system for hospital pharmaceutical logistics management was designed to realize the functions of drug procurement management and control outside the hospital,drug logistics control in the hospital,drug warehousing check,drug delivery check,drug logistics operation and drug dispensing in the pharmacy.Results:The information system for hospital pharmaceutical logistics management system built a complete drug logistics management system and realized pharmaceutical logistics management business and services with quality traceability.The number of prescriptions in outpatient pharmacies dispensed in 10 working days increased from 9,425 to 10,416,with an increase of 10.51%over the same period last year.The number of prescription dispensations per capita hourly increased from 52.13 to 64.82,increase by 24.34%.A total of 102 batches of suspicious samples were randomly checked,including 12 batches of unqualified samples and 14 batches of edge samples within quality limits,all of which were processed timely.Conclusion:The hospital pharmaceutical logistics management information system based on quality traceability can effectively improve the operating efficiency of pharmaceutical logistics,ensure the drug quality and safety,and improve the work efficiency of pharmacies.
