摘要
为了避免患者用药纠纷和药品安全问题的产生,如何对药品的流向进行精确定位,是目前广受关注的研究方向。为此镇江市第一人民医院构建了基于单元包模式的药品追溯管理体系,通过统一的采购平台,在药品的采购、上架、配送、发药等过程中,对院内药品进行条码化管理,实现院内药品的物流精益化管理。实践证明,基于单元包模式的药品追溯管理系统有助于院方药品监管工作,为药品的全流程精确追踪及监督管理提供了有力决策支持。
In order to avoid patient disputes and drug safety issues, how to accurately locate the flow of drug is the widely popular research direction today. To this end, the management system of drug traceability based on unit package was constructed by the Zhenjiang First People＇s Hospital. Through the unified procurement platform, the hospital send drug bar code to the suppliers, which has implemented the lean logistics management of hospital medicine. Practice has proved that drug traceability management system based on the pattern of unit package will help the hospital drug regulatory work, for the drug supervision and administration of the whole process of precise tracking and provides strong decision support.
