Language as Problem or Resource:A Review of the Academic Literature on Bilingual Education in Minority Regions

摘要 语言多样性和少数民族母语在一定程度上成为双语教育的障碍和挑战,但同时也是一种文化资源,在少数民族学生学习及身份认同感建构过程中发挥重要作用。把语言视作资源导向的观念在语言教育和语言规划中具有重要意义。 This review suggest that the academic literature is mainly focused on language-as-problem and the language-as-resource orientations. To emphasize that the present condition of minority language teaching and learning must be attached to the language-as-resource orientation is of great importance.
