摘要
顺德饮食文化源远流长,内涵丰富,特色鲜明,是广府粤菜的重要起源,也是顺德获评"世界美食之都"的重要资源基础。顺德饮食的发展需要突破地域限制,利用"世界美食之都"的号召力,加强标志性资源的品牌建设,打造对外交流的饮食文化商圈平台,并强化宣传推广的舆论导向作用,从而提升顺德饮食的知名度和美誉度,促进顺德餐饮的发展。
Shunde food culture has a long history,rich connotation and distinctive features. Shunde is an important origin of Guangfu-Cantonese cuisine,for which it is honored as "the world's city of gastronomy". The development of Shunde diet needs to break through geographical restrictions,strengthen the brand building of iconic resources of Shunde food culture by using the appeal of "the world's city of gastronomy",build business platform for external communication of food culture,and step up publicity and marketing efforts. So these can enhance the visibility and reputation of Shunde food culture,and promote the development of food industry in Shunde.
