摘要
四川拥有丰富多彩的饮食文化,如具有浓郁地方特色的川菜、风味小吃、川茶和川酒以及发达的餐饮业市场等,这些为成都美食之都的打造奠定了深厚的资源基础。美食之都的打造仅处于起步阶段,还存在着不足之处。据此提出建议:深入挖掘四川饮食文化内涵;突出特色,实施美食之都的品牌战略;打造川菜标准化、产业化;加强餐饮人才培养,全面提高餐饮服务管理水平;进一步强化宣传的舆论导向。
Sichuan has a rich and varied diet culture,such as Sichuan cuisine,local delicaries,the Sichuan tea and the Sichuan liquor as well as the developed catering market with strong local characteristics.All of them have laid a solid foundation for the gourmet city of Chengdu.The building of Chengdu gourmet city is only in the initial stage.There still exist deficiencies.Aiming at the situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions,including excavating cultural meaning of food resources,stressing on the characteristic and cultivating brands,creating standardization and industrialization of Sichuan food,strengthening personnel training and comprehensively improving the level of service and management and so on.
