摘要
聚氨酯是一种新兴功能性材料,在试验或生产过程中-NCO(异氰酸酯基)含量是衡量聚氨酯产品质量的一个重要指标,因此对其控制与分析显得尤其重要。综述了目前常见的各种测定-NCO含量的方法,包括化学分析法、电位滴定法、红外光谱法、分光光度法及色谱法等,介绍了各种方法的研究进展及优缺点。
As a kind of new material, the content of -NCO is an important index to measure the quality of polyurethane, so the analysis and con- trol of -NCO content in the process of test or production are especially important. The common determination methods on - NCO content were re- viewed, ineluding chemical analysis method, potentiometrie titration, spectrophotometry, infrared spectroscopy and chromatography,etc. The research progress of various methods and their advantages and disadvantages were introduced.
