摘要 研究了分光光度法测定间苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEIP)中含NCO基化合物含量的方法.以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,在冰醋酸(HAc)存在下,NCO基团与对二甲氨基苯甲醛(DMAB)形成有色化合物,该有色化合物的最大吸收波长为445 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.8×105 L/(mol·cm),NCO基团浓度在0~2 μg/mL范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律.该方法用于生产或研究DEIP脱除NCO的实验中NCO含量的测定,相对标准偏差小于3%,具有快速简便、准确、选择性强、适用范围大等特点. The spectrophotometric determination of isocyanategroup compound in diethyl isophthalate(DEIP) was studied.In presence of acetic acid,NCO-group reacted with dimethyl amino benzaldehyde(DMAB) in DMF to form a stable yellow compound.Maximum absorption wave length of the compound was 445 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity ε was 2.8×105L/(mol·cm).Lambert-Beer's Law was obeyed when NCO-group was in the range of 0~2μg/mL.The relative standard deviation(RSD) of this method was less than 3% and this method had been used to determine the NCO-group compound in removal of NCO in DEIP.
