摘要
以间苯二酚二缩水甘油醚(RDGE)与N-甲基乙醇胺(MEA)为原料合成含双羟基的活性环氧中间体,然后与多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)反应制备聚氨酯预聚体,再以聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG-1000)对其进行亲水改性,最后以甲乙酮肟封闭剩余的—NCO基团,制备了含活性环氧基团的芳香族水性聚异氰酸酯交联剂。以傅立叶红外变换光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)表征交联剂的结构,以热重分析法测试交联剂的热性能,同时研究了交联剂应用后固化涂层的热稳定性和机械性能。结果表明:活性环氧基团的引入可以显著提高涂层的耐热性和耐溶剂性能。同时,在保证亲水基团占比不变的前提下,当PAPI中所含NCO基团与环氧中间体中羟基的物质的量比为4.0时,交联剂的性能达到最佳。所制交联剂在高温金属烤漆等领域有着良好的应用前景。
The active epoxy intermediate with two hydroxyl groups,synthesized from resorcinol diglycidyl ether(RDGE)and N-methyl ethanolamine(MEA),was reacted with polarly polyethylene isocyanate(PAPI)to produce polyurethane prepolymer.The prepolymer was then hydrophilically modified through polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether(MPEG-1000).Finally,methyl ethyl ketone oxime(MEKO)was used to block the residual—NCO group,the blocked waterborne polyisocyanate crosslinkers containing active epoxy group were prepared.The structure of the crosslinkers was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy(~1H NMR).The thermal properties of the crosslinkers were studied by TG and DTG,as well as the research of the thermostability and the mechanical properties of the cured coatings.The results indicated that the introduced active epoxy group could significantly improve the solvent resistance and thermostability of the cured film.Meanwhile,with the same ratio of hydrophilic groups,the crosslinker showed optimal performance when the molar ratio of NCO groups in PAPZ to the hydroxyl groups in the epoxy intermediate was 4.0.The crosslinker has a good application prospect in high-temperature metal baking paint and other fields.
