摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG-2000)、丙烯酸六氟丁酯、丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HEA)和二乙醇胺为原料合成了一种含氟和丙烯酸酯基的聚氨酯(FPUA)低聚物,通过IR、1H-NMR和GPC对其结构进行了表征。详细研究了FPUA体系的光聚合性能、耐热性、玻璃化转变温度及表面疏水性。结果表明,FPUA体系具有优异的光聚合性能,曝光40 s后,双键转化率可达90%以上。有机氟的引入提高了FPUA的耐热性和表面疏水性。
A fluorine-containing polyurethane acrylate photosensitive prepolymer(FPUA) was synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polypropylene glycol(PPG-2000),2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl acrylate,2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),and diethanolamine as raw materials.The structure and molecular weight of FPUA was characterized by IR,1H NMR and GPC.The photopolymerization behavior of the polymer,and the thermal stability,glass transition temperature and surface hydrophobicity of films prepared from FPUA were investigated.The results show that FPUA has excellent photopolymerization properties,and the conversion of the double bonds in FPUA was more than 90% after irradiation for 40 s.It was also found that the introduction of organic fluorine component can improve the thermal stability and surface hydrophobicity of the FPUA films.
