摘要
以正丁基锂为引发剂,环已烷为溶剂,采用环氧丙烷“戴帽”法,合成出不同分子量的、分子量分布窄的端甲基丙烯酸酯基聚丁二烯大分子单体。用红外光谱法测定端基官能度,平均官能度大于0.92。聚丁二烯大分子单体与醋酸乙烯酯在70℃下进行接枝共聚,接枝率可达93%。用DSC 法测定了接枝共聚物的 T_g。
Using n-butyl lithium as initiator,propylene oxide as capping agent,andmethacrylyl chloride as terminating agent,the macromonomers with differentmolecular weight were obtained.The average functionality of PB-MA macromono-mers determined by IR method was above 0.92.The PB-MA macromonomerswere copolymerized with vinyl acetate at 70℃ by using AIBN as initiator.Thegraft efficiency of PB-MA macromonomers reached 93%.The values of T(?) of thegraft copolymers were measured by DSC technique.
