摘要
介绍一种能兼顾耐腐蚀性与耐老化性能的水性双组分底面合一防腐蚀涂料新体系,阐述其制备工艺并探讨了水性羟丙树脂、异氰酸酯固化剂、防锈颜料、涂料体系的颜基比(P/B)和膜厚等变化对水性双组分底面合一防腐蚀涂料的涂膜外观及性能的影响。最终实现“1C1B”工艺施工,单道涂层膜厚≥45μm,耐盐雾性能可达到360 h,氙灯耐老化性能达到600 h。
A kind of waterborne 2K primer-topcoat integrated anticorrosive coating system with good corrosion resistance and weatherability was described.The preparation process was described and the effects of the waterborne hydroxypropyl resin,isocyanate curing agent,anti-rust pigment,pigment to binder ratio(P/B)and the coating film thickness on the film appearance and other properties of the waterborne 2K anticorrosive coatings were analyzed.Thus,the"1C1B"coating process was obtained,wherein the single coating film thickness less than 45μm could enable the salt spray resistance up to 360 h and the xenon lamp aging resistance up to 600 h.
