探究对水性双组分聚氨酯涂料涂膜鲜映性影响的因素

摘要 针对水性双组分聚氨酯涂料涂膜外观橘纹的问题,通过对涂膜的长波、短波、光泽等性能的表征,从树脂、流平剂、消泡剂和助溶剂因素研究分析了涂膜鲜映性的影响因素。结果表明:当树脂羟基含量达到3.0 mg KOH·g^(-1)以后,树脂羟基含量高低对于涂膜鲜映性的影响很少,与树脂本身的通透性、与体系相容性等参数相关;不同类型的流平剂对涂膜鲜映性影响较大,丙烯酸类流平剂对长波改善较为明显;在消泡剂方面,有机硅类消泡剂对涂膜外观改善有明显作用;助溶剂的沸点、表面张力与水的相溶性参数直接影响涂膜的鲜映性。 In view of the problem of orange peel in the film appearance of waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings,the effects of resin,leveling agent,defoaming agent and co-solvent on the distinctiveness of the coating film were investigated through the characterization of the long-wave,short-wave,gloss and other properties of the coating film.The results of experimental showed that when hydroxyl content of the resin reaches 3.0 mg KOH·g^(-1),the hydroxyl content has little impact on the film distinctness of image,and is related to parameters such as the transparency of the resin itself and the compatibility of the system.Different types of leveling agents have a greater impact on the film distinctness of image,and acrylic leveling agents are more obvious in improving long-wave appearance.In terms of defoaming agents,silicone-based defoaming agents have a significant effect on improving the appearance of coating films.The boiling point,surface tension and water compatibility parameters of the co-solvent directly affect the film distinctness of image.
