摘要
圆柱凸轮是火车车轮喷砂机自动夹持器的重要零部件之一,建立圆柱齿轮的动力学控制方程,利用有限元软件对凸轮进行静力学和模态分析,得出应力云图及固有频率和振型等参数,为后续进行谐响应分析或者瞬态动力学分析提供理论参考。
Cylindrical cam is one of the important part of sandblasting machine automatic gripper for train -wheel. Establishing a dynamic equation of cylindrical cam, statics and model analysis were done for cam by finite element software for obtaining stress nephogram, natural frequency and mode shape, they can provide a theory reference for later harmonic response analysis or transient dynamic analysis.
