摘要 基于加权欧式距离法将护套线剥线机主传动机构刀架进行多目标拓扑优化设计,建立了静态多刚度拓扑优化数学模型、模态固有频率拓扑优化数学模型和刀架多目标拓扑优化数学模型,通过有限元法对主传动机构刀架进行了优化改进,改进后其质量减少了约14.3%,提高了一阶固有频率和刀架静刚度,优化效果明显. Tool holder is one of the important parts of sheath stripper connecting tool and main transmission mechanism.Based on weighted Euclidean distance method,the tool holder of main transmission mechanism of sheath stripper is optimized by multi-objective topology.The mathematical models of static multi-stiffness topology optimization,modal natural frequency topology optimization and multi-objective extension of tool holder are established.The mathematic model of flutter optimization is optimized and improved by finite element method.After the improvement,the quality of the tool holder of the main transmission mechanism is reduced by about 14.3%,the first natural frequency and the static stiffness of the tool holder are increased,and the optimization effect is obvious.
