摘要
在ANSYS环境下,根据解析法中不同盘形凸轮的轮廓曲线方程,用APDL语言对凸轮进行快速精确地建模,并对其进行模态分析。分析结果能够显示出凸轮的低阶固有振动频率和主振型,结构振动的强弱分布以及抗振薄弱区,为凸轮机构动力学优化设计提供了一种方法。
According to the cam profile curve equation,the cam model is created rapidly by using ANSYS parametric design language and the low order Natural Frequency and main vibration mode have been obtained by modal analysis.The analysis results show vibration distribution and the anti vibration weak zone,which provided a method for the optimization design of cam.
