摘要
针对非标准自动化行业,设计了一种能够完成小型物料抓取和放置的双圆柱凸轮机械手。利用PROE和ADMAS两个软件,建立了机械手的虚拟样机,并对其进行了运动仿真分析。仿真得到了机械手的速度和加速度响应曲线。根据该曲线峰值和波动范围,分析了该机械手的性能并提出改进建议。
For non-standard automation industry, it completes a design of double cylindrical cam manipulator which is able to pick and place small items. It also establishes a virtual robot prototype for the analysis of its motion simulation by using PROE and ADMAS. Simulation gets the speed and acceleration response curve of the robot. According to the fluctuation range of the curve peaks, it analyzes the performance of the robot and makes recommendations for improvement.
