摘要
残膜回收机提土筛膜组件机架是重要的承载部件,为避免作业过程中出现机架结构强度不足和共振问题,运用Solidworks软件建立三维几何模型,并采用ANSYS软件分别对其进行有限元静力学及模态分析。静力学分析结果表明:机架在静载荷51.975×10-3 MPa下最大位移0.1189 mm,最大应力为23.441 MPa,小于机架材料的屈服强度235 MPa。模态分析结果表明:机架前6阶固有频率的范围是93.617~32.582 Hz,与激励频率0~15 Hz不在相同范围,故工作时不会引起机架发生共振。研究结果可为相关机械结构设计提供参考。
The frame of the soil-lifting screen membrane component for the residual-film recycling machine is a very important load-bearing component.In order to avoid the emergence of structure strength and resonance problems when frame is at work,the geometric model is established by using SolidWorks software,and the finite element analysis of statics and modal were conducted by ANSYS software.The static analysis results show that the maximum deformation of the frame is 0.1189 mm and its maximum stress under static load is 23.441 MPa which is less than the yield limit of material.Modal analysis results show that the first 6 order natural frequency was distributed in 93.617~32.582 Hz,owning to the work frequency(0~15 Hz)and natural frequency are not in the same interval,so the resonance will not occur in the work process.The results can provide reference for the design of related machinery structure.
