摘要
在"最难就业季"已经成为高校毕业生就业工作新常态的大环境下,就业结构性矛盾和高校毕业生就业创业指导服务工作中存在的缺位和不完善等问题是高校毕业生就业难的主要原因。应用型本科高校要通过创新建构以"全过程的职业发展和就职服务教育引导体系,全覆盖的精细化就业指导服务体系,全员化的职业发展与就业服务支持体系"为主要内容的"三全"就业创业育人工作体系,将学校的育人工作与职业发展教育和就业创业指导服务工作紧紧围绕在促进学生职业发展和顺利走向社会这一共同目标上,实现既破解应用型本科高校的大学生就业难题,又全面提高学校人才培养质量的目标。
In the new tendency where college graduates are increasingly difficult to be employed in China, the structural contradic-tion of employment and the imperfection in employment and SYB service in colleges exhibit themselves more remarkably in the em-ployment difficulty of college graduates. The paper puts forward the building of a system of employment and SYB featured by 3 alls,namely, all-process education of career development and employment service, all-covered fine service of career guide and all-in-volved support of career development and employment service so as to combine students＇ development with their career and employ-ment guide. It aims to solve the employment difficulty of college graduates and improve the overall education quality in colleges.
