摘要
就业为民生之本,事关我国社会安全稳定大局,大学生就业难现象引起政府高度关注。本文基于学生工作视野,从就业竞争力角度入手,探讨法学本科生就业竞争力的内涵及其影响因素,构建法学本科生就业竞争力培养体系,提出法学本科生就业竞争力的培养方法体系。
As the shortage of graduate jobs,the current employment of college students has caused widespread concern in society.The problem is particularly bad for the law college students.This article stars with the concept of the employment competitiveness.By studying the actual situation of the employment of law college graduates.Awaken to the necessity of establishing a framework for enhancing the employability and competitiveness of law college graduates.This paper mainly proposes an optimal system for enhancing the employability and competitiveness of law college graduates.
