摘要
应用型高校应将就业指导贯穿于人才培养全过程,培育高质量就业指导教师队伍,实施全程化就业指导工作。通过论述应用型高校实施“全程化”就业指导工作的必要性,提出有效性提升策略,探索实施有效的就业指导课程体系。
The employment problem of college graduates has always been paid much attention to.The government and the education department have issued a series of policies and guidelines to promote employment based on extensive research to provide guarantee for col⁃lege graduates'employment and job search.However,the employment of college graduates is not only affected by factors such as students'ability level and knowledge level,but also by employers and the market environment.It is difficult for the government and the education department to completely solve the problem of employment difficulties.Application-oriented colleges should integrate employment guid⁃ance throughout the entire talent training process,cultivate high-quality employment guidance teachers,explore and carry out an effective employment guidance curriculum system,and build a comprehensive employment guidance model.
