摘要
职业教育对农村智障学生的就业、生活独立以及提高生活质量具有重要意义。农村特殊教育学校智障学生的职业教育如何开展已成当下特殊教育又一热门话题。文章以南京市溧水区特殊教育学校为例,探讨建构本土化的农村智障学生"教育—培训—就业"一体化的职业教育模式,并结合实践对农村智障学生的职业教育进行反思,以为同行的实践、研究提供参考与借鉴。
Vocational education is important to rural mental retarded students in employment,independent living and the improvement of life quality. How to carry out mentally retarded students' vocational education in rural special education schools has become a hot topic at present. Taking Lishui Special Education School for example,this paper explores the construction of a localized integrated vocational education model of"education-training-employment"for rural students with intellectual disabilities,and reflects what has been done in this regard,which may serve as a reference for other special schools.
