摘要
职称考核聘任工作是医院人力资源管理工作的重点和难点。本院在聘用制医务人员职称评聘中,以军队专业技术干部考评细则为蓝本,结合本院实际,改进职称评聘工作。考核设计中,重视临床能力和岗位胜任力考核,增加历年病案及临床业务能力现场考核,对实现职称与学历、能力相匹配起到积极作用,对完善聘用制人员专业技术职务聘任考核体系进行探索。
Evaluation of Professional Titles is the key and difficult job for hospital human resource management. Military professional and technical cadres evaluation rules were modeled combined with the hospital actual,to improve evaluation of professional titles. Importance of clinical ability and post competency appraisal were attached in design of assessment,moreover,medical record and clinical operational capacity on- site assessment over the years were increased。It plays a positive role in realizing match professional title and educational background with ability,and also exploration to improve the appraisal system of employment staff Professional Titles.
