摘要
随着新医改方案的出台,在新形势下,公立医院如何开展岗位管理来推动医院的改革和发展,已成为一项重要的课题。笔者在回顾我国公立医院开展岗位管理实践历程的基础上,阐述了公立医院现阶段开展岗位管理的意义和所面临的困境,并就如何有效开展岗位管理进行了一些探讨。
