摘要
岗位评价是人力资源管理中的重点技术之一,是评价岗位相对价值的工具,是建立薪酬等级的依据,在企业中得到广泛应用,但在事业单位的应用极少。本文对其在科研事业单位的运用,从背景及可行性做一些深入的分析探讨。
Job evaluation is one of the most important techniques used in httman resource management. It can be used in evaluating the comparative value between jobs and taken as the basis to build up classes and steps of allowance and wage. The job evaluation has been widely adopted in different enterprises and companies, but seldom applied to national .scientific research agency. Job evaluation is introduced to national scientific research agency in this paper, the feasibility and availability has been analyzed and discussed.
