摘要
对上海市级医院日间手术发展的实践历程进行回顾总结,指出当前日间手术发展面临的问题,包括政策环境支持不足、日间手术覆盖还不够广泛、服务流程和内容需改进、医院及科室管理方面需加强。上海市级医院日间手术发展的适宜模式是集中式管理与分散式管理相结合,推进规范化、精细化管理。发展途径及管理抓手主要包括争取医院外部政策环境的支持,构建同行协作平台进行示范推广,引导医院加强日间手术管理相关工作。
Based on the review of ambulatory surgery development in Shanghai Municipal hospitals, the current problems are as follows： deficient policy support, low coverage rate, the urgency of process and management improvement. The appropriate ambulatory surgery model for municipal hospital is the combining of central management and distributed controlling, and promoting standard and elaborate management is of great importance. Approaches of development and management methods mainly include striving for the policy support, constructing demonstrative peer collaboration platform, and strengthening ambulatory surgery management in hospitals.
