摘要
总结相关研究的基础上构建出员工忠诚度管理综合分析模型,并据此提出企业管理者应从员工的归属需要出发,分别构建良好的员工与企业、员工与群体、员工与员工三个层次的关系,从而有效提升新生代知识型员工对企业的忠诚度。进一步提出企业应通过构建良好的员工与企业的关系以加强员工对企业的长期信任,强化员工与群体的关系以强化组织对员工的吸引力,深化员工与员工的关系以提升人际凝聚力。
This paper starts with loyalty management comprehensive analysis model which is creatively constructed on the basis of integrating previous research.According to this,enterprises can improve loyalty of knowledge workers of generation Y through building favorable relationship between employees and enterprise,relationship between employees and groups and relationship between employers and employees.Then,the paper indicates three viewpoints:Enterprise can build good employees- enterprise relationship to strengthen the long- term trust between employees to enterprise;Enterprise can strengthen employees-groups relationship to promote the attraction of organization to employees;Enterprise can deepen the employees- employees relationship through enhancing the cohesion of interpersonal relationship.
