新生代知识型员工心理资本对离职倾向的影响研究——主观幸福感为中介变量 被引量:3

摘要 文中问卷调查了108名新生代知识型员工,探讨了其心理资本、主观幸福感与离职倾向之间的影响关系,结论显示其心理资本与希望对主观幸福感有显著的正向影响;心理资本与希望对离职倾向有显著的影响作用;主观幸福感、生活满意感、消极情感显著影响离职倾向;主观幸福感在心理资本和离职倾向之间起到部分中介的作用;其他影响作用不显著。
