摘要
目的评价上颌前牙区单颗牙即刻种植即刻修复后的短期存留率和美学效果。方法选取86例上颌前牙区单颗牙无法保留的病例作为研究对象,按其治疗方法不同分为延期种植组和即刻种植组,各43例。冠修复后随访12个月,比较两组患者存留率、种植体周围软组织和修复体美学效果,并对患者满意度进行调查。结果冠修复12月后延期种植组和即刻种植组的存留率均为100%。延期种植组红色美学指数(PES)为(7.63±0.91),白色美学指数(WES)为(7.37±0.70);即刻种植组PES为(8.00±0.60),WES为(7.81±0.82),两组患者PES、WES评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度调查结果显示即刻种植组满意率高于延期种植组。结论即刻种植即刻修复的短期美学效果及患者满意度较延期种植修复组更好,种植体存留率两者无差别。
Objective To evaluate the short-term aesthetic outcome and implant survival rate of single implant crowns following immediate implant treatment in the anterior maxillary.Methods Eighty-six dental implants were included in the study,they were divided into 2groups randomly,43 implants received immediate implant treatment（IIT）and the other received delayed implant treatment（DIT）.After 12 months,follow-up were performed for each group.The parameters of pink esthetic score（PES）,white esthetic score（WES）and implant survival rate.A visual analog scale（VAS）was used to assess the extent of patients’ satisfaction regarding to the esthetic outcome.Results The implant survival of IIT and DIT was 100%.Mean values of PES were（7.63±0.91）for DIT and（8.00±0.60）for IIT.Mean values of WES were（7.37±0.70）for DIT and（7.81±0.82）for IIT.Significant differences were found between the two groups in PES and WES（P〈0.05）.The VAS value of IIT was higher than that of DIT.Conclusions The IIT group showed better pink and white esthetic outcome than that of DIT group and the IIT group demonstrated high subjective satisfaction in a short period,and they have the same survival rate.
